Wow, jet charter customer service is hard to find. You would think that with such a high ticket item, we would get nothing but the best service....nope, many small private jet charter companies provide aircraft and flights but that's all. I recently had a flight and once I booked it, the company didn't get in touch with me until it was time to invoice. That's not how it works with Studio Jet Charter Services. My last flight was with them and all I can say is wow! Unbelievable customer service...no this is a jet charter company...http://www.studiojet.com - from the time I called, a friendly jet charter rep took care of me. They first asked what i was looking for and suggested the best plane. Then they not only provided me with one price, but they actually checked with various affiliates of theirs to find the best pricing on the best jet for my group. That is amazing. I didn't have to worry about getting a good price, I knew it when they told me that they checked with various affiliates for the best pricing. And, they insured me that all of their jet charter affiliates operate with the highest safety and quality standards, so I knew I was dealing with a high quality jet charter service. After I booked the flight, they followed up with me several times to provide me with an itinerary and make sure everything was great and asked if there was anything else we needed. After the flight, they called to make sure it went well. That is great service all the way around. There are so many executive jet charter brokers and operators out their with varying quality levels...and yes it's sad but there really is poor quality aircraft operations. Scary isn't it? The fact is that there are many aircraft operators that operate their fleet with a wide variety of maintenance standards.

You don't want to trust a no-name company, you want to trust a company that has been in the business long enough to have the experience and resources to have a network of jet charter aircraft operators that not only meet, but exceed the FAA safety regulations and care enough to put safety above an extra dollar made.

I have had many bad experiences with charter companies, from late planes to miscommunications...I must say, Studio Jet Aircraft Charter really puts their money where their mouth is. Upon confirming my trip, they assigned a personal charter coordinator who was designated to handle ALL of the details of my private jet trip. From that point on anything I needed, and I mean ANYTHING...was taken care of...and they were available 24 hours a day, so I didn't have to wait till the morning to get piece of mind. Studio Jet Aircraft Charter's private jet services were certainly amoung the best I have seen in the industry, and I spend a lot of money and time with private jet charter. A++ for Studio Jet!
